Steak au Poivre with balsamic glazed pearl onions, assorted potatoes, and garlic. Topped with thyme and chives respectively. Home cook. Thoughts?

    Dang if that one piece of steak in the middle was lined up with the others… other than that… I’d pay $30 for that

    Looks very nice, especially for a non-professional. You should be very proud. Maybe a tad heavy on the amount of balsamic but it looks awesome. Nice job.

    Looks super good. I’d get the thyme off the steak and clean up the right side before snapping a picture but that’s just me

    That’s a lotta balsamic glaze. Other than that, as a FOH guy, I really want to wipe the sauce of that rim. Would happily serve.

    I’d eat it but… no thyme stems as garnish, less balsamic glaze, clean the sauce off the edge of the plate. And as I said cuz it looks tasty, I’d eat it.
