These cream cheese and jalapeño stuffed Bacon wrapped shrimp are 🔥🔥🔥…. Glazed with sweet and spicy Pepper-jelly these make an amazing appetizer for any occasion ‼️‼️‼️

• Bacon
• A dozen or so of large shrimp 21 count or larger if you can get them (the bigger the better)
• 2-3 jalapeño
• 1/2 block of cream cheese
• Melted pepper jelly for glazing and dipping. I used the satsuma one I made but any of your favorite kind would work

1. Peel and devein shrimp. Then you want to butterfly them as much as possible without slicing through
2. I deseeded the peppers and cut them into strips
3. I placed the cream cheese in the freezer for a few minutes to harden it enough to cut it in half length wise. Then cut 1/2” strips with them
4. Lay the cream cheese and pepper inside the shrimp and wrap with bacon trying to encase all of the cheese
5. Use 2 skewers to go through 5-6 shrimp at a time. Make sure to leave some space in between each one. The double skewers will make it easier to flip on the grill
6. Grill on indirect until bacon is almost cooked. More to direct heat and brush on melted Pepper-jelly to both sides and let caramelize.
Serve with a side of the melted jelly for dipping.
