This is a delicious recipe for lunch or dinner is very tasty and easy. You can prepare this greek patties in the oven with potatoes, in a pan or grill. INGREDIENTS:
For the potatoes
– 1 kg potatoes
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 tbsp mustard
– 30 ml olive oil
– 1 tsp oregano
-500 ml water
– rosemary
– 1/4 sweet paprika
– salt and pepper

Bake for about 40 minutes at 200°C/392°F, than add
– 1/2 lemon juice
– lemon zest

For the greek patties (bifteki)
– 500 g beef mince
– 50 g bread crumbs/ oat flakes
– 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
– 1 tsp mustard
– 1/2 onion
– 30 ml olive oil
– 1 tbsp vinegar
– parsley
– 1 tsp oregano
– 1 egg
– salt and pepper
Mix well and refrigerate for at least 25 minutes!
