  1. Hi Chef Pam. You inspired me so I made this coconut shrimp recipe and it was deeeeeeeelicious. I am allergic to eggs, so I replaced them with full fat coconut milk and it worked beautifully. This will definitely be a go to recipe for me from now on. Thank you so much 😁💕

  2. I HAVE TO THANK YOU FOR RECOMENDATION ON THE CT OIL ON COFFEE AND COCONUT OIL is doing wonders for me. Total energy booster! Thank You!

  3. Gosh those are HUGE shrimps. Where I come from shrimps are the size of a little fingertip. Prawns are that size. But soooo hard to get raw like you do.

  4. I just did a Kroger run so I could make these delicious shrimp! They were out of Peach Preserves, so I’m going to use Apricot. I know these are going to be amazing! Thank you so much for sharing your experience and knowledge Pam. I’ve really learned so much from you! You seem like a sweetheart to me and I know we’d be great friends whipping up great meals together if we ever met. That’s unlikely, so I’ll continue to watch your videos and take your tips and tricks with me to the kitchen. My family says thank you as well 💕

  5. That was my mom's favorite saying… Now I say it too 💕
Did I misunderstand you? Didn't you say we are going to cook the shrimp twice?
Anyway…I adore coconut shrimp and those look scrumptious!

  6. Chef Pam, your recipe was flawless!! I just tried it out tonight and the family LOVED it!! Thank you so much for sharing ❤️ this is definitely a keeper for me 😉
