  1. I like your smoothies, Kristina, but can i skip the bananas? They have a lot of sugar. But, I guess,
    some of you can still make this smoothie with bananas.

You don't lose muscle from not eating animal protein because gorillas elephants and giraffes and other big animals that are in the jungle don't eat protein but they're the biggest animals in the jungle they eat fruits and vegetables and other things except for meat so that's where they brainwashed us to eating meat it doesn't even have B12 in it B12 comes from a bacteria
