Hello everybody, in this video I am making some fresh Herb Infused Olive Oil that is perfect for cooking and for salads, the herbs I used for the olive oil are Thyme, Rosemary, Basil, Garlic and Chili.
I highly encourage you to try this at home because you’ll like it 100%.
The shelf life of this oils is around one week, if you keep them in the fridge you can extend the shelf life to round 3-4 months, use dry herbs if you want a longer shelf life.

Great oil recipes but using the fresh ingredients in the bottles will introduce a source for botulism to grow, even in oil. Shelf life is generally 5-7 days unless you store in the fridge which extends the shelf life to 3-4 months. Completely dried herbs are much safer.
Excellent video, excellent explanation how to do Infusion Oils, Thank You
I use dry herbs. the wait is worth it as the oil will last much longer. Your little bottles are perfect,
