  1. When you cut your kale up you should massage it in lemon juice or olive oil it brings out the flavour and softens it

  2. I made this recipe today and it's actually really good! It's also a very pretty and colorful salad. Great recipe to consider for those hot summer months.

  3. You can add the spine of the kale
    Its crunchy and that's where most of the minerals are. Just add them in alone and thinly slice them.
