  1. I couldn’t hit the subscribe button fast enough after you cursed it’s nice to see that not everybody is so conforming on YouTube

  2. “Too much garlic! Garlic everywhere,”Garlic, you see, is not quite the staple of Italian cuisine Americans think it is.
Depending on who you speak to, onions are a controversial ingredient too – and don’t even think of ever combining the two in a single dish.
The idea of ingredient misuse provoking tears may appear a little drastic
After all, Americans are messing with their grandma’s grandma’s grandma’s recipes.
(amateur or professionals) from other countries that sometimes just don't get it and bastardize the recipes (maybe thinking it would be too hard or time consuming for their fellow countrymen to do it the Italian way).

  3. Uh you need to use a carrot, yellow onion and celery in the beginning .. once the veges are translucent add the bell pepper and a red onion and let them sweat for 2 minutes after that add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute then add your meats . Once the meat is browned remove from the pot and drain the grease if you wish .. ( I think the grease brings more flavor personally . ) Then add 1 cup of red wine and the tomatoes mixture . Add fresh basil and fresh oregano to taste and 2 bay leafs and about a half a table spoon of black pepper . Then simmer for minimum of 4 hours .
Add salt to taste a ew hours in ..
Once sauce is finished mix the sauce and noodles in a separate pan and then plate the dish and drizzle with olive oil ,add fresh Parma cheese and top with a little fresh basil for color and enjoy ..

  4. Great tips and suggestions in this video…..I often make too much sauce, simple idea to save what is made

  5. It would be nice to have a link to the full recipe that could be saved and or printed. Yes, you did list the ingredients but didn't write out the directions. I do better at reading the recipe as opposed to listening to it. But thanks for posting it. I'll keep looking for a similar one I can print and give a thumbs up to.

  6. Really good combo of meats that really add deliciously with the tomato sauce. I added in 2 small fresh tomatoes instead of the canned tomatoes but stuck with your recipe. And btw, is that your Mom?/ , I think I saw you n her making some Filipino dishes , (pardon me, if I'm wrong) Thanks for sharing your video. I did like and subscribe too

  7. I can’t wait to try this recipe. Is the green pepper, onion and garlic considered a sofito? I love the idea of brown sugar in this recipe! Yay

  8. My process is almost identical! One thing I do is after adding the diced tomatoes, let the water from the tomatoes simmer for a couple minutes to lock in the base flavors. I also season it a bit more at that point. Love your video I am a new sub!

  9. Similar to mine. I add mushrooms. Delete the pepper. Use crushed instead of sauce. Add one can of authentic San Marzano tomatoes crushed by hand.

  10. "Piece of shit," that's what you've said ( 5:435:44 ) and hearing the word SHIT next to food doesn't sound good. Do you understand at least that much Mr. Asian boy?
