Hydrogenated oils are linked to cancer, and that's been proven for a very long time now. Palm oil is linked to deforestation. So just buy the pure PB, or make it yourself!
Haha I did that today !! So delicious.. I prefer smooth. But I can eat crunchy too lol.
Almond butter is better
I say creamy smooth so there are no mistakes but for PB cookies I lean towards crunchy but will eat both just like in candy bars and for ice cream chopped peanuts only! ❤❤❤❤
Cow butter, you call it cow butter. Like almond butter or sunflower butter. Just gotta blend the cow till all the cow oil separates out.
I like mixing honey with my peanut butter and eat it on a ritz. Scuze me. I think I need a snack!

I really don't have a favorite kind I like all kinds of peanut butter but what I like the most of crunchy peanut butter is you get a bite of peanut either in sandwiches or also on crackers as well & of course I really like peanut butter of course with jelly
Smooth peanut butter (jif) is my favorite. There's nine children in my family and sometimes my mom would mix pb and maple pancake syrup when we were low on jelly. Yum
