Buy the biggest hot dogs or franks you can find to start with.
Start out by putting them in a pot of cold water and heat the
pot on high. Once the pot comes to a boil continue to boil on
high for 6 minutes.
Turn off the heat. You can leave them in the hot water.
Serve them fresh for the hot water to the hot dog bun.
Enjoy!

After watching an old Nashville Now episode and seeing Shotgun Red on it I was thinking about Steve today and decided to pop on his channel and watch an old video. I sure do miss him, but am thankful the channel is still around so we can watch what he left us.
