Ingredients:
One can of beetroot (beets) Or 4 fresh and cooked beetroots
60ml of tahini (roughly 5 tbsp)
80ml of yogurt (roughly 6tbsp)
1 clove of crushed garlic
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Salt to your taste

shred or smash the beetroot and then add the sauce to it and mix it pretty well.
