This Italian seafood salad is delicious! It’s loaded with octopus, calamari, shrimps, cuttlefish, fresh carrot, parsley and celery dressed in a sauce of lemon juice (limone from Amalfi), salt and extra vergine olive oil.

Fresh ingredients are important. This salad is quick and easy to prepare. It is excellent pairing with the Maria Rosé Brut from winery Toffoli. The spumante wine is available in my webshop.
