  1. I have now tried both cornflakes and bread crumbs.. Not a fan.. I can't crack the code for good tenders like KFC (love it or hate it, i love it..)..

  2. You should try the Keto standby — crushed pork rinds. No carbs. You can buy them precrushed like breadcrumbs cheaper than making your own. No food processor required.

  3. I feel like I'm going to try a blend of the Kellogg's and nuts recipe using the Kellogg's in place of flower

  4. I have figured out that your target audience is not diabetics, however, when you do tests like this if you could also add a healthy option which you do (low carb) such as cauliflower rice vs. white rice, you might get more viewers.

I have been researching what I can do in my air fryer and someday try this for chicken tenders: Lupin flower for the first coat, egg (of course), and then 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese, 1/3 cup of pork panko and 1/3 cup of EverCrisp.

For those who don't make sauces from scratch, G Hughes makes many low-sugar sauces a diabetic can use in moderation. I love what you demonstrate and appreciate your advice.

  5. Is there anything I can use to substitute the egg wash? My daughter is allergic to eggs, but I would still love to try these. I was hoping I could make her a couple without the eggs somehow.

  6. I am new to air frying and did buy a Cosori. I did not know about the dual blaze when I bought mine or I would have purchased that one.. I tried making the onion rings with the recipe that came with the air fryer……not a good result. Have you got a trick for making onion rings?

  7. This is so cool, Air fryer are a game changer. I am just worried about one thing ; What if it's still raw inside the meat? I have OCD and this is my biggest fear. I never use raw meat, I always use already cooked for this reasons

  8. ⚠️ BRO!!! You do THE BEST AIR FRYER videos on YouTube! NO ONE besides you does good trials like this! PLEASE keep them up!!! ⚠️

  9. Have you ever used stovetop stuffing as a breading…I used this on fish one time …Soooo much flavor..

  10. i actually like "wet" batter than just dry ones,
i tried with just cornflour, and it was terrible, it felt very dry

so what i usually do is
marinate the chicken (i usually use yogurt)
then seasoned flour > egg bath > panko
or seasoned flour > egg bath > seasoned flour again
it really works well and the coating stays on
also gotta preheat the airfryer, otherwise it gets stuck

  11. For chicken strips I use 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs and a 1/2 stick of softened butter. I mix whatever seasoning that I am using my current favorite is McCormick Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning. I then use a fork to mix it all and and know when it is ready when the bread crumbs reach the right consistency. Crumbly but not sticky. Use more or less butter to achieve this.

After the chicken breast is sliced into strips I put them into a covered mixing bowl and season them with Dano's Spicy for a few hours or for best results overnight. 1 chicken breast uses about 1 large egg. Whisk egg add chicken strip to mixed egg and then dredge through breadcrumb mixture well. Since I cut my strips lengthwise they are rather long. Into the airfryer for 8 minutes until when checked with a thermometer they reach an internal temperature of 170 degrees F

My people call them "Grownup chicken strips" and one breast feeds 3.
