  1. Hello Chef! I had a recipe for these a while back, ( my ex kept it) that let you leave the pasta raw. After you filled the manicotti and then put it in a dish, and pour over it a 50/50 mix of water and marinara. Then you cook it around 350 until the noodles were done and the sauce has reduced. Most of the water soaks into the noodles. This made it much easier to deal with and I even stuffed the manicotti with a little sausage in the middle with cheese on each end. Good stuff. What do you think?

  2. I’ve been making stuffed shells but I just bought manicotti to try. I add shredded chicken to the cheese mix but I’m going to try the spinach and sun dried tomatoes too

  4. A substitute for goat cheese,,I use Boursin herb and garlic ( also use in lasagna ,meatballs etc) adds great flavor

  7. Tried this for dinner tonight – dynamite. I forgot what I was going to tell you….Oh yea, thanks again chef for another keeper recipe! I’ve only had these in restaurants and was never very impressed. Just so you know, the new subscribers won’t think your crazy just because you talk to your claw, sorry, your hand 😂😂😂😂

  8. Love your videos Chef, I promise I'm laughing WITH you! I LOVE manicotti and almost always order it if I see it on the menu at a restaurant. Today thanks to your great recipe, I have made my own that was equal to the best I've had anywhere, MAMA MIA!
    One thing I wanted to share… if you don't have a pastry bag you can just stuff the shells with your bare hands. Wife's idea, and it turned out to be ten times easier than with the spoon I was using at first.
