In our opinion, sweet potato casserole deserves an actual spotlight shining bright on it during Thanksgiving dinner. How it ever made its way onto the table during the main course as a vegetable, we’re not entirely sure, but we’re not mad about it either. It’s creamy and delicious and we believe marshmallows are a MUST and would honestly consider it a Thanksgiving catastrophe if the sweet potato casserole arrived without marshmallows on top.

  1. Yessssssss girl!!!!! You had me once you stated that you roasted the potatoes. Boiling sweet potatoes is a big NO! Your recipe is how my family makes it except you actually measure the ingredients 😜hence the reason I’m on your channel , I need need details not alll this eyeing stuff 🤦🏽‍♀️😜

  2. Boil sweet potatoes, add salt, vanilla, egg, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup brown sugar. Topping: butter, brown sugar, nuts for crumble then add marshmallow.

  3. You said to roast the sweet potatos but the recipe link in the description only gives boiling instructions…..i’m trying to figure out time and temp to roast and when I should take the skin off.

  4. Why does the link have a different recipe? If you click on the link it tells you to boil the sweet potatoes. I guess I'll never know how to make her dish without the actual recipe. Now I gotta find a new recipe.
