Welcome to NoSkinnyCooks, today we’re going to visit Greece, and make a wonderful dish called Shrimp Saganaki. This recipe was based on one from Cooks Illustrated, and it’s only changed a bit in the details. The first time I made this, it went over so well it’s now one of my go-to recipes. It does take a lot of ingredients, but I absolutely believe it’s worth the time and effort. Leave me a comment if you give it a try!
