INGREDIENTS
βœ… 1 Β½ cup Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Yogurt
βœ… Juice of 2 lemons
βœ… Zest of 1 lemon
βœ… ΒΌ cup Extra virgin olive oil (I used Private Reserve Greek olive oil)
βœ… 10 to 12 garlic cloves, minced
βœ… 2 tsp Dry Oregano
βœ… 2 tsp Dry mint
βœ… 1 tsp Cumin
βœ… 1 tsp Coriander
βœ… 1 tsp Paprika
βœ… Β½ tsp Nutmeg
βœ… Kosher salt and black pepper
βœ… Large handful fresh parsley, chopped

  1. HELP! When I put the ckn in the pan, so much liquid came out of it that the meat was kind of simmering in its juices and not browning. I let the marinade drip off the ckn before I put it in the pan but it still happened. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

  2. tried to make this. unfortunately it wasn't much of a success. there was sooo much oil splatter it was honestly a bit dangerous. but I'm not sure how to avoid it because of the sauce. also the chicken didn't taste that lemony, unlike what I got from Mediterranean restaurants (I really like that lemony taste). I left the chicken marinated overnight so that's not a problem.
