
Hi!
I read in one of Dr Gregers books about flax muffins. I made a recipe the other day which turned out very dense. Might have been the flour though. Do you think I can just throw in like half a cup into any muffin recipe, or do the guys have any personal favourite recipes?

What flour did you use?
I find with whole wheat, I have to add more liquid than the recipe suggests.
How fresh is your baking powder?
If the consistency of the batter is too thick, add more liquid.
