🥣Tabbouleh Recipe:
-1 bunch of parsley, rough chopped
-2 C cooked bulgar
-1 C tomatoes, diced
-3 scallions, finely sliced
-3 tablespoons lemon juice
-2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves
-salt and pepper to taste
-drizzle red wine vinegar
**Mix all ingredients; dress with red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste
