  1. These do sound really good and healthy. We had sibling thanksgiving this past weekend and one of the sides would be right up your alley in the healthy department. Cubed butternut squash slightly roasted (or air fried) with spinach and craisins. I don’t think it had a dressing on it. If it did, it was like the one you made for your salad. The broccoli and sweet potato casserole sounds so good.
