What type or brand of soy sauce do you use? I believe the type & brand makes a difference on taste & flavor.
Quang I tried this recipe and everything was amazing. My only problem my skin didn’t crisp all the way throw so it was too thick/chewy to keep on the meat I had to trim away after cooking. Any advice? Longer cook time maybe?
