I made this for my daughter's birthday dinner, and everyone loved it!! I even marinated some sirloin steaks and made loaded mashed potatoes and it was a big hit.

all your kitchen ware seems amazing. Where did you get your knife?
These videos are interesting to me. Usually, on the day we’re gonna have a carne asada, we go to the carniceria and buy pre-marinated ranchera (skirt steak). Then add a bottle of beer to it. Let it it sit there until our charcoal grill is hot. Cook it until desired doneness. Throw some cebollitas and elote. Some mayo and cotija to go with that grilled elote. Don’t forget your sauce. Whatever you like.
Eat it with corn tortillas if you like. Or you can eat it in a sandwich and call it a torta.
Carne Asada is the most simple thing you can cook. It makes fir great party cooking in your backyard or at the park with your lowriding homies.
You can get some Old English 800 and mix it with some Cisco. Bam! Real carnal cooking right there.
Honey. I just finished cooking and eating my steak and huntyyyyyyyyy. Oh my God!!! It was sooo good!!!!
I made this tonight and it was delicious
I prefer to marinate full pieces so it doesn’t overpower with flavor. But to each their own. Still good content and recipes. Not sure why people have much else to say 😒🤔
Thank you for sharing your recipes. I’m learning a lot from your videos.
So is the flavor Mexican or Korean inspired?? (I’m looking for Mexican).
