• 1 Cup of Green Onions – Chopped
• Salt
• Pepper
• Garlic Powder
• Onion Powder
• Oil for the Pan

👉Cooking Instructions:
• In an oiled skillet over medium-low heat, dip the bread in the egg mixture, add it to the pan, and add more green onions. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes; uncover, flip, and spoon on more egg and green onion mixture on each; add sausage to each; cover and cook for 1 minute; uncover, flip sausage side down, then cover and cook for 1 more minute; uncover, and flip sausage side up and add cheese toppings and seasonings; cover and cook and melt cheese until desired doneness; and serve.
