  3. I use to work at the Piggly Wiggly in Alabama. We cut up our chickens and use the pulley bone as a extra piece.. This is Tammy brasher

  4. Being raised in a family of 5, we needed that extra piece of chicken, the pully bone. That was my favorite piece, but sometimes one of my brothers wanted it. I had to be strategic in breaking the pully bone or i would not get the bigger piece to win tbe pully bone!!!.
