Lol, 'prejudiced' against chickens 😀
No! You can't! Make another recipe!
I want to try this, but I was wondering how it'd be if I browned the apples with a little brown sugar before adding the broth, and then using candied walnuts at the end… Hmmm. Bacon seems like a fine addition, too, but alas… can't have that bit. Ah well.
Love your commentary😂😂😂
looks like a really good, kind of more "grown up" and fancy mac & cheese! will definitely try this at some point.
The tiny hair on the chopping board at 0:43!!
made this with cream instead of goat cheese, just because u said not to.
could I use cream cheese?
Is it wrong that I wanna add bacon to this?
It looks a winner and for a vegetarian ideal :)*
sounds odd but goes well. apple and cheese are a great combination!
oh and yes, it does work with other kinds of cheese, like gauda for example^^

"…No, you can't; make a different recipie." I LOVE YOU!! I swear I want to say that when people start asking 1000 questions about subsitutions. Normally, on your blog post you include if they can sub something for another item.
is it just me or Dose anyone else realise just how many times he has added cyane pepper to his recipe.
Looking at this I want to do it but add bacon & onion then sauté the apples in that.
I'm watching this video, and I'm thinking that a diced onion would be so good with the apple. And then I think, sauteed onion and apple makes a great side.
If you added bacon, your problems would be solved
Interesting video, especially with the now dated reference about " Italians will hold back some of the pasta water.". That technique is now ubiquitous.
