Greetings! I uploaded a video for Pineapple Upside Down Cake about 2 years ago as part of my “The Holidays are Coming” series. It is one of my most popular recipe videos of all time. But, because it has Christmas music in the intro, I thought I would update the video for everyone and make it more every day instead of holiday.
That being said, because when I upload this video it is two days before Easter. Good Friday to be exact. and this is the perfect cake to take to a family gather, friend’s house or picnic in celebration of the spring holiday.
This recipe comes from my Mother’s recipe box. She has never made this any other way and I have not altered it one bit. It is perfect just the way it is.
