    I think this would be better with less of the garnish. IMO it looks a bit cluttered and some of the ingredients in that quantity might overpower the fish.

    The red, yellow and white in this dish look amazing, get rid of everything else (esp the olives!!!) and if you do have to put green on there get some micro herbs.
