  1. I made these last night and my family loved them! The spices were amazing. Thank you for this new recipe using cauliflower. BTW, we are huge fans of you, since TGBB.

  2. Cauliflower is NOT my favourite, however I'm thinking I could replace some of it with chopped left over potato. Use flax egg and potato flour. Mmmm that should work, what do you think Chetna?

  3. First food vlogger who made me not feel bad about my veg cutting board…. I always wonder how bloggers able to maintain the cutting as good as new

  4. somehow happy to hear you also missing an ingredient now and then 😀 looks very good!!

  5. Looks delicious!!
To make it vegan, just use flax 'eggs'——– 🙂
Either skip the yogurt, or use a vegan kind-—or a different dip—

  6. I just saw this recipe and now I am drooling! I must go grocery shopping and pick up a few heads of cauliflower for the next few days since I see many other recipes from you that use it. I'm soaking chickpeas now to cook tomorrow and then I want to immerse myself in several of your lovely dishes. Thanks for showing how easy Indian cooking can be.

  7. Just used half a cauliflower for the cauliflower, chick peas and potato curry (one of my favourites) – now I know what to do with the other half later this week! Thanks Chetna for constant inspiration!

  8. Watched this this morning and made them at lunchtime. Perfect way to use up a cauliflower. Really light and tasty.

  9. It’s so wonderful to see you Chetna! My husband and I loved seeing you on the GBBS and loved your style♥️🇨🇦( Oh yes, your fritters.look great)

  10. Looks fantastic. I might try cooking in an air fryer to reduce the amount of oil. I think a quick olive oil spray and some parchment paper should work. Thank you for another wonderful recipe!

  11. I don’t really care for cooked cauliflower… so I wonder if I could replace that with courgettes, (zucchini) which I love any way I can get them. 😆 because it all looks so yummy!
