  1. As a Miami native, and traditionalist, sorry but this is not a traditional key lime pie….sour cream and no egg yolks ?

  2. 5 egg yolks, 1can sweetened milk,1/2 cup heavy cream, 1cup of lime juice, lime zest into crust is how I make it.

  3. I tried 3 recipes. The one with eggs were my least fav. This one is by far the best and a keeper!! For me it's about flavor and texture!! Satiney smooth and light. Key Lime is critical for the Key Lime flavor, which has a less Puckett bite but I use line that I have most times or even Lemon, ppl love it! No it's not authentic per say, but it sure is yummy!

  4. I really want to make this but I don’t know who’s recipe to follow. I’ve watched 5 videos and all have different egg and sweetened condense milk ratio. This one just skipped the eggs and threw in sour cream. WTH?? Where’s the original recipe for this thing?!
