Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix two cups flour, 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar and melted butter. Spread into a 9- by-13-inch pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  3. Mix eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, baking powder and remaining flour and pour onto the baked shell. Bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until set. Dust with remaining confectioners’ sugar when cool. Cut into equal bars.
