Ingredients:
2 Fresh bananas
16 Oz. Almond milk
3-4 Oz. water
1 Oz. Peanut butter
2 Tbsp. cocao powder
Ice cubes

Procedure:
1. Add all ingredients in a blender or using a Nutri Bullet and combine until smooth.
* Add milled flax seed and/or steel cut oats for added nutrition!

  4. Not a smoothie. Smoothies are healthy drinks that are made with vegetables and fruit. This is a shake.
