Labneh is basically a light yogurt cheese. It is thick, and creamy and made by straining yogurt until it loses most of its liquid.

But in this video we will proceed to Labneh balls, which is just a drier form of Labneh, and thus is strained for longer time, and that’s it!

You can then store them in a jar with olive oil. An optional step is coating the balls with your favorite herbs to add more flavor, my favorite is Za’atar coated Labneh balls!
Try one ball of each flavor to decide which one you prefer.
