Air-Fryer Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Prep time: 10 minutes
Bake time:
Servings: 3 to 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved through the stems (cut larger ones in quarters)
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon soy sauce
1 tsp honey

Directions:

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Place brussels sprouts in a bowl and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and salt. Toss to coat. Transfer the sprouts to the air fryer basket. Fry for 15 minutes. Shake the basket or stir the sprouts halfway through. Sprinkle sprouts with garlic. Continue to fry until the garlic is golden brown, another 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring balsamic vinegar to a simmer over medium heat. Continue to simmer until thickened and starts to look syrupy, adjusting heat as necessary to prevent burning (attend closely as it can burn very quickly). Remove from heat and whisk in the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey. Transfer brussels sprouts to a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Enjoy immediately.
