Salmon
– Skinless Salmon Steak (or skin on if you prefer)
– Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
– Garlic Powder
– Onion Powder
– Old Bay Seasoning
– Sazon
– Oregano Leaves
– Dried Parsley Flakes
– Butter (2 Tbs)
*Broil salmon at 525 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cooking times vary depending on temperature of oven and salmon portion size.*

Dressing
– 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
-1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
– Minced Garlic (2 Tbs)
– Oregano Leaves (to taste)
– Parsley Flakes (to taste)
– Salt (to taste)

Salad Toppings
– Romaine Lettuce
– 2 Roma Tomatoes
– 1 Large Cucumber
– 1 Small Red Onion
– 1 Avocado
– Crumbled Feta Cheese (as much as you’d like)
– Lemon Wedges (optional)
– Dried Parsley (optional)
– Oregano Leaves (optional)
