👩🍳👍good man
The injection is too dark and makes a not appetizing look my friend.
That looks fantastic! Going to smoke a beef roast today on our pellet smoker. We are newbies but excited to see how it turns out. Wish we had a slicer but then we would have to clean it. I suspect that is not real easy so I guess we will use a knife.
What was your slicer set at? How many MM?
After all that hard work, he couldn't even toast the bread? Savage.
Does anyone know the knife he is using?
Can't wait to try this with bugs after they outlaw beef
What brand of your meat slicer?
I definitely am going to be smoking some eye of the round like this for sandwiches. Great video!
We get a half cow each year and this looks like a great way to consume my eye of round roasts! Thank you.
Oh my god hell no.. theres only one way to have a beef and thats 3 way! Cheese, james river, and mayo. Nothing else
That was a fair bit more than two teaspoons of Worchestershire. It was more like 3-4 tablespoons.
your making baltimore pit beef homie
Cutting the fat off drys it out don't need the injection if you don't get rid of the fat
Wow!
Late at the dinner Table Chef Tom. I’m glad I made it and learning your great cooking.
No lettuce
Injecting the meat might actually be the dumbest thing I've ever seen
Not sure what I did wrong but I pulled my roast at 125, let it sit 45 mins, and then ran it through the slicer, only to find the meat so underdone that ot was super chewy and gross.
That injection is the stupidest thing I ever saw
