  1. That looks fantastic! Going to smoke a beef roast today on our pellet smoker. We are newbies but excited to see how it turns out. Wish we had a slicer but then we would have to clean it. I suspect that is not real easy so I guess we will use a knife.

  4. Oh my god hell no.. theres only one way to have a beef and thats 3 way! Cheese, james river, and mayo. Nothing else

  5. That was a fair bit more than two teaspoons of Worchestershire. It was more like 3-4 tablespoons.

  6. Not sure what I did wrong but I pulled my roast at 125, let it sit 45 mins, and then ran it through the slicer, only to find the meat so underdone that ot was super chewy and gross.
