Full recipe for the SHRIMP SAUTEE
Ingredients

800 g raw shrimps (shelled and cleaned)
1 tomato (or ¼ cup tomato sauce)
1 sweet red pepper
6-7 garlic cloves
5-6 parsley sprigs
3 tbsp olive oil
½ lemon (or ½ tbsp pomegranate sour sauce)
1 tbsp sweet red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt

Directions:
PREPARATION
Wash the red pepper, discard the stem and seeds. Dice the pepper and set aside
Wash the tomato, remove the skin, dice and set aside
Discard the shells of garlic cloves, wash and mince them, set aside

COOKING
Pour 3 tbsp of olive oil into a pot
Set the stove to medium-high
Once the oil is heated up, add 1 tbsp of red pepper flakes and 1 tsp of salt, stir for 1 minute
Then, add the shrimps and stir for 5-6 minutes
Once the shrimps are cooked halfway, add ½ tbsp of pomegranate sauce or the juice of ½ lemon, the half of the minced garlic, and the diced red pepper
Stir the ingredients from time to time for 4-5 more minutes or until they become opaque entirely

(!) To keep the shrimps tender and juicy, Do NOT over cook!

SEASONING
Turn off the heat, add the minced parsley and the rest of the garlic for fresh and distinctive taste!
Stir the ingredients once more and immediately transfer the Shrimp Sautee into the serving plate

SERVING
Serve the SHRIMP SAUTEE warm and fresh!
