  1. he's putting you on..376 degrees for COOKIES> and taking them out of oven to place kisses in! and returning for another 2-3 minutes Nonsense! ..but not if you prefer burned cookies! 350 tops bake nine minutes/check/ if golden of bottom take the out/press in kiss/ rest ten minutes / remove to wire rack and take it from there.. .

  2. My mother used Brach's chocolate stars when I was a kid. I like using those. Probably are not better, but it is tradition.

  3. Omg, these cookies are so easy to make, I didn’t have Hershey Kisses around, so I used tiny Reese’s Peanut butter cups! Delicious 🤤

  4. Oh my goodness, I ate my toast the same way when I grew up . Also, hot cocoa to wash it down. . I occasionally treat myself to that scrumptious toast on a cold winter day .

  5. I know this is an older video, but there are other kisses besides Hershey's. I think the original "kisses" were "Wilbur Buds" which have been made in PA since the 1880s, 30 years prior to Hershey's. They are still made and sold, and shipped! I love them because they come in a dark chocolate version as well! Happy Holidays!

  6. Okay, so you're just great to watch, so wholsome, and a great baker without a doubt… but it absolutely sent me hearing your story about being an unsupervised child and how you would put butter AND THEN PEANUT BUTTER on your toast.. Your parents had their hands full with you didn't they?? Lol just kidding. Seriously though that made me and my finance just die laughing. When I was an unsupervised child I was huffing paint.

  7. If I do use natural peanut butter, how can I make it work? Thanks!

  8. I love your content. I've been cooking for myself for over three decades and, up until late, had some trepidation about baking. Now I've mastered a few types of bread and, thanks to your recipe, chocolate chip cookies. I can't wait to give these a shot!

  9. In the video, you say 3/4tsp Baking Powder However, the link to recipe – you have 1/2tsp baking soda. Can you please clarify baking powder or baking soda?
