Italian meatballs
Let’s make a classic!
— Italian Meatballs
The perfect amount of Italian passion in one bitesized ball!
– 500 g of ground beef
– 100 g of Parmigiano-reggiano (freshly grated)
– 100 g of bread crumbs
– 2 eggs
– 2 garlic cloves
– a bunch of parsley
– Salt
– Pepper
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Recipe:
1. In a large bowl, mix the beef, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic, parsley and parmigiano cheese.
2. Add a pinch of salt and a scrunch of pepper.
3. Roll into little one inch, bite sized meatballs. (Gently roll them to get that perfect round shape.)
4. In a pan, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on a low to medium heat.
5. Place the meatballs in the pan and start shaking the pan so the meatballs are rolling (motion is your friend, it will help the meatballs cook evenly without burning).
6. Add a pinch of salt.
7. After they have the perfect brown crust and you’ve added your Italian passion, place your meatballs on a paper towel and pat dry them to drain any excess olive oil.
8. Plate them and dig in!
Useful tip:
Plate your dish with some fresh parsley for that extra pop of delicious Italian flavor!

I love your Channel you guys are so entertaining and come up with some amazing recipe and I also like the fact that you post the recipe ingredients and directions and also the video step-by-step how you're making the food kudos to you guys
Can you use other meats like pork and veal with the ground beef to make the meatballs or do you just use the ground beef for the best flavor
remember, meatballs are made best with gentle care and rolling in the hands
You two are hilarious
thanks, going to try this for sure! no garlic powder
Hahaha. OMG!! Oh that’s the blue one?
This is the best italian meatballs recipe i ever had and made. Was never a really huge fan of meatballs before and now i know why, its because i havent had meatballs like this before. And i love that this recioe doesnt use ground pork/sausage like almost every meatball recipe ever.
