I'm going squid fishing in Thailand in a few weeks, and, while I don't have a lot of the ingredients here, I'm sure it won't matter when they're fresh off the boat. I'll have to put a Thai twist on it.

My mum used to love this squid salad. We made it a little differently but how gorgeous u both did! U sure did get lost in the Italian passion
The first pasta my mother showed me how to make. (Not the sauce) she used to say pick anything from the garden and here’s how to make a simple pasta. And I could cook dinner. Love our passion for food
