  1. Is it fine if we used cheese sticks with different flavors besides just Mozerella, like Cheddar and Mozerella, or just Cheddar?

  2. Sure thing! You can cut the mozzarella cheese to size. If you would rather not use garlic salt, we'd recommend using just salt. Let us know how you like these.

  3. Hi Nathasha, corn starch is different from corn flour. If you omit the corn starch the cheese sticks won't puff up as much, but you certainly omit it from the mixture.

  4. They are the same in England it is corn flour and in the USA ot ia corn starch @allrecipes

  5. Thanks for your question. Opinions vary, but many people cool the oil and strain it into resealable food-safe container for reuse. Just keep in mind that the oil will have lingering flavors from the food you last fried with it.

  6. Terrific question, Brisky PlaysMC. If you don't have a candy thermometer, the easiest way (and safest) way to tell whether the oil is hot enough for cooking is to stick the handle end of a wooden spoon into the oil. If bubbles form around the wood and they start to float to the surface, the oil is hot enough to cook with.
