If you can’t stay without salad summer or winter, you should definitely try this salad which is perfect for prep meals, losing weight menu or just for your healthy eating plan So here u go my Broccoli salad with yoghurt
Ingredients
400-500 gr Broccoli (Boil for 5 minutes in water or steam) ✅Do not boil for a long time to keep it green and leave it directly in cold ice water and then strain.
1 capia pepper or red paprika (chop like a matchstick and sauté with a spoonful of oil.
3 medium carrots (grate and saute with 1 spoon of oil)
For Yogurt Sauce
6-7 tablespoons of yogurt
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise or Remoulade
1 clove of garlic (crushed or grated)
salt according to your taste
For the topping
3 tablespoons of olive oil
A handful of coarsely chopped walnuts
How to prepare
Combine all the vegetables we prepared in a large mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients for the sauce and pour into the salad and mix. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of red pepper powder and walnuts for the top.
