Bologna has gotten a bad rep over the years. It’s rarely the sandwich meat of choice, and to be honest, most people aren’t really sure what the product is even made up of. But what if it was made by hand with a delicate mix of wagyu and grass-fed beef with smoky pork? And it was served on freshly made white bread with truffle chips? That’s exactly what Joshua Smith is doing at Moody’s Delicatessen & Provisions. But it’s not just bologna that he’s improving: he’s thoughtfully crafting over 180 different types of meat and over 20 different sandwiches.

It sounds so pretentious but I look at it and it's like this guy made sandwiches specifically for me
I was there this past weekend. The food is amazing. Ordered the ribeye steak and it’s probably one of the best ones I’ve had to date. Definitely recommend this place
