It’s been a while again that I have made a soup. This chickpea soup I’d like. I love chickpeas and with the tempeh they together form for the crunchiness in this soup.
And then with ras el hanout and parsley/coriander. It couldn’t be better. I make it some fresher with lemon.
You don’t have to mash this soup and within a half hour you enjoy of these chickpea soup. And if you want it more spicy add some harissa. Serve with bread.
