Was pretty Good. Tried it myself. I personally think it needs a little more salt or even spice for the batter mix in my opinion but otherwise not bad.

My boyfriend had a chicken fried steak from Texas Roadhouse and had a terrible experience, so I decided to make them because I bet myself that I could make them better. Used this recipe and he devoured the whole thing and it melted my heart to see him lit up with every bite he took.
I like soaking it in buttermilk for a while first. Helps make it even more tender.
