  3. I've made these and they are really good. My only question is how to keep them crispy overnight so I can save some for the next day or make them ahead for a party. I've tried leaving them out uncovered overnight, putting them in a plastic container with paper towel (some with the sugar & some without), putting in a plastic bag, putting in a paper bag. Any suggestions?

  4. I would rather add the cinnamon to the chocolate and dip the churros in it and let it harden
