These little cheese pie triangles are absolutely so addicting! They are jam packed full of salty creamy feta cheese and wrapped inside layers of crispy, buttery, light and airy Phyllo dough! They make the perfect appetizer and only take 5 ingredients to make!

Ingredients:
1/2 pound phyllo Sheets
1 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
1 cup Cottage Cheese
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Melted Butter

Mix in a bowl feta and cottage cheese with 3 eggs and place to the side.
Unwrap your phyllo sheets and cut it into 3 strips.
place 2 strips down and brush the top with butter.
Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on top of the end of the strip and fold it down into a triangle shape.
Place your tiropitas on a parchment lined baking sheet and brush the tops with butter.
Place them into a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for about 25- 20 minutes.
Remove them when they are nicely golden brown on top and serve warm.
