Feel free to add in a couple of egg yolks if that’s your thing. If so you’ll need to bake it a bit longer. I prefer it without because I just love that light as a feather texture!

If you’re in the mood to stay from the classic, add in some toasted nuts to the crust and a pinch of coconut extract to the filling!

  2. Bake and no bake is the same ingredients and it tastes the same so why use the oven? Why not just chill it in the fridge and skip the baking?

  3. This is a great recipe. I was a little skeptical due to the lack of eggs and short bake time, but thought to myself that the use of sour cream is a really good idea. The texture is just amazing once finished. Thanks for posting this.

  4. Just made this. Finding that after 10 mins if I poke down the middle it’s still slightly wet but I didn’t want to burn it so I took it out and just set it in the fridge.

  6. My first time making this pie and it's delicious 😋 I didn't know the difference between using eggs or not to use them. Going forward this will be my go to recipe, and will never use eggs. I also used limes, and true key lime pie lovers still said it was good.

  7. How many hours does the pie have to sit in the fridge? For instance, I’d rather wake up at 5am to make the pie and let it sit in the fridge until that evening. So “overnight” isn’t very specific.
