  1. You can make a cauliflower purée cooked in milk and blend the cauliflower; you can add caramelized carrots with braised bok choy on top and braised filet mignon around the dish and voilà! Bon Appétit!…

Made the turnips an now making the carrots your recipes are the closet to my grandma my Nan that raised me an we lost her this July so I want to make sure I cook as close to her cooking style as I can. It’s a sad time without her this first thanksgiving over here in the USA but I want to try to always honor her. So many recipes are so far from how I was raised and what my pallets been accustomed to, I love all your recipes 💕💕
