Spas also know as Yogurt Soup consists of flavors infused with like mint and different spices and wholesome ingredients like plain yogurt,cilantro, and barley,. Sautéed with onions, scallions and butter. I hope you enjoy this hearty yet simple soup.

Ingredients

4 cups plain yogurt
1/4 flour
1 Egg
1 bunch scallions
1 bunch fresh Cilantro
1 chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon butter
9 cups water
1 cup Pearl Barley
Aleppo Pepper
2 tablespoons Dried Mint
Salt and Pepper

Preparation
1. Add Egg and Flour to deep pan and whisk until creamy
2. Add in yogurt and continue whisking
3. Over stove add Boiling Water
4. Keep stirring to avoid curdled yogurt
5. Once liquid is boiling Ahh Barley
6. Begin Onion and Scallion sauté
7. Once Cooked add Sauté to Yogurt soup
8. Keep stirring and add in spices and dried mint
9. Add Fresh Cilantro and let cook until Barley is soft.

  3. I bought one at store however, is that soup supposed to taste sour?! Not sure if they are selling old foods…is it expired. I need to know to make sure I am eating the right one! Because I don't want to get sick.
