Ingredients: for 4 servings
14 oz (400g) farfalle pasta
4 oz (120g) smoked salmon
6 oz (180g) cream
1/4 onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 oz (50 ml) white wine (optional)
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
parmesan cheese (optional)
2 slices of white processed cheese
